Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

We are offering free shipping on all products to the contiguous states in the U.S.

If you would like an order shipped anywhere else, please email us at info@espressobyme.com. 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within four business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@espressobyme.com.

Espresso By Me ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.espressobyme.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations for our service mutually. 

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  1. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Annie and Oak Farmhouse Sink will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. 

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense, and they may be required to arrange their own shipping. Customers are responsible for restocking fees. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

 

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please note that orders that have been dispatched will incur a re-routing fee.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation. 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact info@espressobyme.com immediately, no later than four days from delivery. Please send photos of the damage to expedite the replacement processing.

  1. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Annie and Oak Farmhouse Sink encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. 

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched. Orders canceled after shipment has started will be treated as remorse returns.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. Please remember that this insurance is valid for four days from delivery, so please notify info@espressobyme.com if you notice any shipping damage.
